결론 및 제언
본 연구는 진수기 단계 가족의 가족건강 정도를 알아보기 위하여 시도되었다. 진수기 단계
가족의 특성상 이 시기의 부부는 중년기의 남성과 여성으로 많은 변화를 겪고 있는 시기이
며, 자식들은 부모로부터 떠나는 시기이자 새로운 가족을 구성하는 시기이므로 가족건강의
정도를 파악하는 것은 이 시기의 가족을 간호하기 위한 기초자료로 그의 의가 있다고 본다.
본 연구의 대상자는 진수기 단계 가족의 구성원중의 일인인 여대생 276명으로 자신의 가족
에 대한 자료를 수집하였으며 자료수집기간은 1996년 11월 14일부터 12월4일 까지로 설문지
로 자료수집하였고, 자료분석은 그 목적에 따라, 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, ANOVA, 추
가분석을 위해 factor analysis를 하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
1. 진수기 단계 가족의 가족건강 정도는 평균 95.24±9.40으로 중상의 정도인 것으로 나타
났다. 요인별 가족건강정도는 가족자아개념양식은 평균 34.42±3.20, 가족건강관리양식은 평
균 29.20±3.97, 생리적 기능양식은 평균 20.96±2.36이었고, 역할기능양식은 10.66±2.01이었
다. 이중 가족자아개념양식과 생리적 양식 요인이 비교적 평균 이상의 점수를 나타내었다.
각 문항분석의 길과 높은 평점을 받은 항목으로는 '우리 식구들은 몸을 청결히 한다
'(M=3.322)이었다. 평균이 가장 낮은 문항은 '우리 식구들은 온 가족이 정기적으로 건강검
진을 한다'(M=1.785)였다. 이를 통해 현재 자녀진수기 가족의 건강상 가장 문제점으로 불
수 있는 것은 건강유지, 증진 및 질병예방을 위한 온 가족이 정기적인 건강검진을 할 수 있
는 일차 간호측면에서의 제도적인 장치 마련이 필요하다고 본다.
2. 일반적 특성에 따른 가족건강 정도의 차이는 가정의 의사결정권자에서만 차이가 있었다.
그러므로 가족간호시 의사결정권자의 고려가 무엇보다도 중요한 요인으로 작용함을 인식하
여야 할 것이다. 또한 어떤 유형의 의사결정권자가 가족건강에 긍정적 영향을 미치는가에
대한 연구가 필요하다.
3. 가족발달주기상에 따른 8단계 각각에 속한 가족의 건강을 연구하여 발달 주기별 가족건
강에 대한 비교연구가 후속연구로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Nursing science is focusing increasingly on family health care. Especially during the
launching stage of family the grown-up sons daughters, and middlescent parents
daughters have experienced a lot of change The purpose of this study is to investigate
the family health during the launching stage of the family by utilizing the family health
assessment tool based on Roy's adaptation model. The Roy adaptation model was used
as it is the best practice-based framework for Family Health Nursing Care.
The data was collected using a structured questionnaire. The structure of the
questionnaire was developed from the Family Health Assessment Tool by S.O.
Jang(1996). The sample of 276 subjects was a convenient sample and data was obtained
from November 14, 1996 to December 4, 1996. In order to analyze the collected data, this
study utilized frequency, percentile, average, ANOVA, Cronbach's , and factor analysis.
The results from this research are summarized as follows :
1. The degree of family health is average 95.24±9.40 ranged in middle.
2. The significant difference between general characteristics and family health was only
resealed with the major decision making person in the family.
This research thus suggests the following :
1. The legal system is needed in order to check the family member health state
regularly.
2. With family nursing care, it has to identify who is the major decision maker in that
family.
3. There is a need to redefine the family health assessment tool.
4. Further research will attempt to investigate family health in each family's
developmental stage.
